A thread to talk about Current Affairs.
The Greek election was a bit worrying. With a bizarre coalition marriage between the far left and far right, both of whom want to refuse to pay the debt their country has accumulated. I'm quite worried about these parties at the far end of both sides of the political spectrum that seem to be gaining popularity all over Europe right now.

At least they are not shooting at each other like in the Greek civil war of 1944-1950.

I just hope they don't do something silly like default or leave the Euro.
